Chelsea Flower Show

For the second year running, we offered our clients the chance to win two pairs of tickets to the annual Chelsea Flower Show. Once again, this proved to be very popular.

Last year, we offered the tickets on a first come first served basis to the first person to reply to our email. Amazingly, it took just 30 seconds for the winner to stake their claim! This year, decided to put the entries into a hat, and the lucky winners were picked out at random by my five-year old Son, William!

Whether you're a keen gardener or not, the displays at the show, which has been hosted by the Royal Horticultural Society since 1912, are terrific. As this year's winner of the tickets, Jeremy and Maria from Bath, put it; "the amount of effort and artistry is amazing".

The Asian Garden

Welcome to Yorkshire, a Gold medal winner, was one of Jeremy and Maria's favourite displays.

Nigel and Janet from Highclere, Newbury, won the second pair of tickets and also enjoyed their visit.

Thank you to everyone who took part, we had a brilliant response which underlines the popularity of the event. If you entered the draw this year but were disappointed, all is not lost. We will be offering the tickets again for 2019, and in the meantime we will soon have some tickets available for the Battle Proms in Highclere with a complimentary picnic, which again is an excellent summer event.
