Income
The money released can be taken as a lump sum, regular payments or a combination of both.
Charges
We do not charge clients any fees for our Equity Release services. Our fee is paid directly by the lenders, meaning you can benefit from our advice and support without incurring any additional costs. This ensures our service remains transparent and accessible.
Equity release is a long-term financial commitment
It can reduce the value of your estate and may affect your entitlement to means-tested benefits. Equity release plans are typically not suitable if you wish to leave the full value of your property to your beneficiaries.
A lifetime mortgage is secured against your home. Interest is rolled up and compounded over time, which means the amount owed can increase quickly.
