At Protect and Invest HQ we've been busy implementing some great features that we hope will make it easier for you to keep track of your finances, and will allow you to communicate with us more securely.
We are really pleased to announce that our Personal Finance Portal has now been launched, which is available both online and via smartphone app.
Here's some of the features of our Client Portal:
Communicate securely with your adviser, sending and receiving secure messages on your smartphone, computer or other device, and logging in with just your fingerprint (where supported by your device).
Securely receive documents from your adviser, and store important documents in our secure electronic document vault. You can also securely share documents with us, or keep them private.
View your portfolio online and on the smartphone app 24/7, and in many cases (depending on the provider), obtain an up to date valuation online for your holdings.
View detailed information about your portfolio; current funds and holdings, previous valuations, performance charts of your portfolio and individual fund holdings, view fund fact sheets, asset allocation, geographical and sector allocation and more. Please note the information available varies depending upon your portfolio provider.
Access to PFP Premium. This is an additional service that enables you to collate information like bank accounts, credit cards, loans and mortgages, allowing you a true overview of your entire financial position. There is a small fee for this which is payable directly to the service provider.
Of course we know that not everyone wants to go online or use their smartphone when it comes to money, and that's absolutely fine with us. You'll never catch us saying "do you realise you can get this information on our website"? We're here for you, face to face and on the phone; always have been, always will be. Just that now we're available online too :)
